Echodyne, a leader in solid-state radar technology for autonomous vehicles, drones, and critical infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support the Sales, Marketing, and International business units.
In this strategic role, you will serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. You will own comprehensive HR support across organizational planning, employee relations, talent management, performance development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and International leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
- Providing coaching to managers on performance management, employee development, and difficult conversations
- Leading employee relations efforts including investigations, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws
- Supporting talent acquisition strategies and new employee onboarding
- Identifying capability gaps and developing learning and development initiatives
- Leading succession planning and talent review discussions
- Supporting international workforce planning and compliance with global employment regulations, including coordination with Employers of Record (EORs)
- Partnering on compensation planning, merit increases, and promotions while ensuring equity and market competitiveness
- Analyzing HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven recommendations
- Maintaining HR documentation and supporting audits and reporting
You will need a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner. Experience supporting corporate functions like Sales or Marketing is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with international employees through EORs or multinational workforces.
Required competencies: strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance, demonstrated ability to influence across organizational levels, excellent communication and coaching skills, strong analytical abilities with HR data interpretation, and proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
