As Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic people partner to the Supply Chain and Operations leadership teams, aligning business objectives with people strategy. This is a hands-on role that bridges tactical HR execution with strategic business impact.
Key responsibilities include: developing and improving HR policies and programs to ensure consistent operations across facilities (attendance, handbooks, security, management training); serving as a strategic thought partner on people initiatives centered on operations and management; anticipating business needs and responding proactively; coaching and developing local People Operations Generalists; advising leadership on best practices for employee performance, engagement, and legal compliance; analyzing people data to identify trends and proactive solutions; and fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace culture.
You will work autonomously in a startup environment without a set playbook, balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking. You'll handle sensitive employment matters including conflict resolution, performance management, policy interpretation, leave accommodations, and job mapping. The role requires influencing at all levels, building cross-functional relationships, and partnering with business leaders to match organizational needs with people best practices.
This is an onsite role based in Reno, NV. Stord is headquartered in Atlanta with facilities across the US, Canada, and Europe, backed by top-tier investors including Kleiner Perkins, Franklin Templeton, and Salesforce Ventures.
