Salary: USD 114,000 - 191,400 / annual
PagerDuty, a NYSE-listed leader in Digital Operations Management, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join its centralized Workday HRIS team. The role focuses on designing, configuring, implementing, and administering the Workday ecosystem while increasingly leveraging AI capabilities built into the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hands-on implementation and maintenance of Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Security), troubleshooting system issues and recommending solutions aligned with business requirements
- Cross-functional collaboration to streamline HR processes, advise on new functionality, and drive user adoption
- Leading review, testing, and implementation of Workday feature releases, with particular focus on evaluating and rolling out new AI-powered capabilities
- Configuring and delivering AI-enabled features and automation within Workday, acting as a key contributor in bringing new AI-powered HR products from pilot to production
- Using AI tools in day-to-day work (data analysis, documentation, testing, reporting) to increase efficiency and free up time for higher-value activities
- Partnering with Security, Legal, and IT on responsible AI governance, including data privacy, access controls, and change management for AI-enabled processes
- Maintaining data integrity through audits, analysis, and discrepancy correction
- Staying current with Workday community resources and recommending solutions for evolving business needs
Required qualifications: 5+ years of Workday experience, proficiency with all Workday modules, and experience in fast-paced, growth-focused environments. Experience using AI tools to improve productivity is a plus.
Preferred qualifications include Workday Pro Certification in any module, experience delivering AI-powered HR features, and Agile/Scrum certification.
The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Atlanta office. PagerDuty operates offices in 8 major cities globally and serves over 13,000 organizations, including 60 Fortune 100 companies.
