Salary: USD 184,000 - 226,000 / annual

EarnIn is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve the Workday platform, with primary focus on Core HCM and Security. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing scalable people systems that enable business growth and operational efficiency. You will act as a strategic partner to People, Finance, and IT teams, translating business needs into system solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and streamlined processes across the employee lifecycle. The company is undergoing an Intelligent Work Systems transformation, evolving from manual operations to designing AI-enabled, cross-system workflows that scale across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include: **Workday Configuration & Ownership**: Own configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday Core HCM and Security frameworks. Design and maintain business processes, workflows, and system controls across the employee lifecycle. Lead system enhancements, releases, and feature adoption. **Security & Data Governance**: Design and manage Workday security architecture (roles, domains, permissions). Ensure compliance with audit, privacy, and data governance standards. Partner with IT and Security teams on access controls and risk mitigation. **System Strategy & Optimization**: Ensure Workday operates as part of a broader enterprise ecosystem. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate People processes. Drive scalable solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy. Contribute to the Workday roadmap by defining and prioritizing enhancements based on business impact and scalability. Establish and maintain system governance and best practices. Ensure data consistency and integrity across Workday and downstream financial systems. **Reporting & Insights**: Build and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights across People and Finance. **Cross-Functional Partnership**: Partner with People Ops, Total Rewards, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into system solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on Workday capabilities. Support testing strategy and ensure high-quality system deployments. **Integrations & Troubleshooting**: Partner with technical and business teams to support Workday integrations and data flows. Troubleshoot system issues and implement scalable fixes. The role requires 2 days per week in-office in Mountain View, though remote candidates in PT or CT time zones are considered.
