Twilio is seeking a Senior HRBP Manager to serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership across Go-To-Market (GTM), Industry Relations & Strategic Growth, and Partners functions. You will partner directly with 1 SVP and 4 VPs, driving workforce strategies for a globally distributed organization of approximately 175 employees spanning NAMER, APJ, LATAM, and EMEA regions.
In this individual contributor role with high executive visibility, you will act as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce transformation. Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Partnership & Business Acumen:**
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to executive leadership, shaping talent strategies aligned with revenue enablement, partner ecosystem expansion, and organizational performance
- Develop deep business acumen in SaaS/CPaaS GTM dynamics, sales enablement methodologies, and partner ecosystems
- Provide data-driven recommendations on organizational design, talent allocation, capability planning, and resourcing
- Partner with leaders to cultivate high-performing, agile, and inclusive cultures
- Navigate complex transformations including workforce planning, AI adoption, and reorganizations with empathy and influence
- Provide confidential coaching to senior leaders on strategic thinking and change management
**Talent Planning & Organizational Effectiveness:**
- Lead strategic workforce planning, skills gap analysis, and capability assessments
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for specialized roles across global teams
- Develop and retain high-impact professionals through targeted development and engagement initiatives
- Leverage data, analytics, AI, and automation to anticipate talent needs and guide organizational design
- Influence systemic HR changes that enhance operational performance and scale teams
