Faire is a technology wholesale platform connecting independent retailers globally with suppliers. This Senior HR Business Partner role is based in London and serves as the primary HRBP for the UK organization while driving strategic HRBP-led global initiatives. You will be a key member of the UK leadership team, supporting the Head of International and serving as the voice of UK employees in all people-related matters. Your responsibilities span talent management, performance management, and organizational effectiveness across the UK region. Key responsibilities include: **Talent & Leadership Partnering**: Serve as primary HRBP for the UK, partnering with senior leaders on organizational health, talent planning, workforce strategy, and manager capability development. Act as the regional voice in people decisions, ensuring UK context shapes strategy and programs. Partner on talent management including performance cycles, career development, promotions, organizational design, and succession planning. **Employee Relations & Performance**: Lead end-to-end employee relations for the UK with fair, consistent, and compliant processes. Coach managers and employees to foster accountability, empathy, and high performance. Support performance management cases, development plans, and escalations with sound judgment. **Culture, Communications & Change**: Champion Faire's culture within the UK through strong communication and engagement. Partner on engagement survey action planning and retention initiatives. Guide leaders and employees through organizational change with clear communication and adoption support. **Data-Driven Insights**: Leverage people data to influence decision-making, identify trends, and proactively address organizational risks. Maintain strong HR governance and compliance. **HR Operations**: Own day-to-day UK HR operational needs in partnership with People Operations and HR Centers of Excellence. Advise on UK-specific requirements for immigration, benefits, leaves, and accommodations. **Strategic Projects**: Support the Head of HRBPs on strategic initiatives including OKR tracking, retention, organizational design, performance process updates, and manager education. Lead cross-functional project management as needed. **AI & Tooling Innovation**: Stay informed on AI and emerging HR tech. Experiment with new tools to improve HRBP workflows and people processes. Partner on global AI tool launches and influence product development. The ideal candidate has minimum 5 years of HRBP-specific business partner experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to deliver both immediate guidance and long-term impact.
