Factory is seeking a Senior HRBP to serve as a foundational people partner during the company's hyper-growth phase following a $150M Series C raise. Factory builds software development agents that help enterprise engineering teams (including Nvidia, Adobe, Adyen, Klarna, and EY) automate code shipping, PR review, testing, and deployment. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to functional leaders across the organization, owning strategic partnership and organizational effectiveness. You'll advise on org design, workforce planning, and growth strategies as the company scales. You'll own headcount planning and data integrity for your client groups, and partner with leadership to build the playbooks and frameworks for org design, performance calibration, compensation cycles, and career ladders that will form the foundation of the HRBP function as it grows. You'll serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, exercising judgment on coaching moments versus policy issues versus escalations. You'll coach leaders and managers on performance, feedback, and people leadership while building trust and transparency. You'll contribute to L&D, people programs, and total rewards initiatives. You'll run performance reviews and compensation cycles end-to-end for your client groups, including calibration, consistency, and communication. You'll bring a data-driven approach to identify organizational risks—attrition, span of control, performance distribution—before they become retention problems. As part of Factory's culture, you'll use AI tools (including Factory's own product) as a core part of how you operate, dogfooding what the company builds. You'll operate at both strategic and tactical altitudes, building durable systems while managing day-to-day operational load. You bring 8+ years of HR experience with a strong track record as an HRBP or People Partner in high-growth, fast-paced tech companies. You have strong business acumen, understand how the company makes money, and can be a credible partner to functional leaders. You're a curious problem solver who works root causes rather than pattern-matching to existing policies. You're genuinely employee-focused, building systems with the people who use them in mind. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can build trust at all levels. You're comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on capacities in dynamic, fast-changing environments. You have experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning and compensation strategy.
