**Employee Relations**: Provide first-level support on workplace concerns, conducting preliminary assessments to identify facts, applicable regulations, and potential solutions. Guide clients through progressive discipline, documentation requirements, and best practices for handling difficult situations. Serve as a trusted resource for both internal and external stakeholders on complex employee relations matters.
