The company helps Fortune 500 enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications rapidly, combining product-company speed with consultancy flexibility. As the first dedicated People Partner in Israel, you will own the complete employee lifecycle for the Israeli team and shape how the organization supports, develops, and scales its people. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring both operational excellence and partnership with leadership. Key responsibilities include: - Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding - Partnering with recruiting to accelerate hiring and streamline recruitment processes - Supporting managers on performance management, employee development, promotions, and compensation cycles - Coaching managers on leadership best practices, feedback conversations, and difficult employee relations situations - Designing and delivering manager enablement programs and leadership training - Leading annual and ongoing performance review processes with consistency across the organization - Driving employee engagement initiatives and building culture within the office - Supporting organizational changes and people-related decision-making - Using people data to identify trends, organizational challenges, and recommend practical solutions - Partnering with the global People team while tailoring processes for the Israeli organization You bring 6–8+ years of HR experience in fast-growing technology startups, ideally in People Partner or HRBP roles. You have demonstrated experience leading talent acquisition teams, supporting managers in high-growth environments, and managing performance, employee relations, and organizational processes. You are comfortable coaching managers through complex people situations with sound judgment and confidence. Strong knowledge of Israeli employment law and HR best practices is essential. Experience designing and facilitating manager training programs is a significant advantage. You are a hands-on operator who moves seamlessly between strategic thinking and execution, comfortable building processes from the ground up. Fluent in Hebrew and English.
