**Employee Relations & Compliance:** Own employee relations matters, manage performance cycles, ensure HR compliance across jurisdictions, and serve as a trusted advisor on sensitive matters to leadership, Finance, and Legal.
**Compensation & Benefits:** Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, manage annual cycles, and ensure programs align with company strategy and market benchmarks.
**HR Operations & Process Design:** Build and maintain reliable HR systems and workflows. You notice when policies need updating, managers need coaching, or processes need streamlining—and you proactively drive solutions.
**Cross-functional Partnership:** Work collaboratively with Finance, Legal, and leadership to navigate complex HR challenges with clarity, empathy, and structure.
