**Employee Relations:** Provide first-level ER support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating appropriate resources. Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace issues, identifying key facts, applicable local regulations, and potential solutions. Serve as a trusted resource for complex cases, advising on progressive discipline, documentation, and best practices for difficult situations.
