Hone Health, an online medical clinic transforming healthcare and longevity, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner, Talent Strategy to join its People Ops team. Reporting to the Director of People Ops, you will own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical functions, serving as a strategic bridge between hiring managers and talent. You will operate as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shaping their thinking on role scope, market realities, and hiring standards rather than simply processing requisitions. You'll build genuine, long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates, cultivating talent pools for future openings and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Hone's employer brand. Key responsibilities include leading structured intake conversations that go beyond job descriptions, driving consistent interview processes aligned with company values, and negotiating offers in partnership with hiring managers. You'll develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals, maintaining an ongoing talent network so new roles start from warm pipelines. You will leverage AI tools (Claude and others) as a regular part of your workflow to work faster and make better-informed decisions across sourcing, outreach, screening, and pipeline management. You'll maintain clean, accurate data in Greenhouse to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and report on recruiting metrics. Additionally, you'll help train hiring managers on effective, legally compliant use of AI in hiring decisions. As Hone scales, you'll contribute to building and refining recruiting infrastructure, including process documentation, interview training, and intake frameworks, while supporting employer branding initiatives. Required qualifications: at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a demonstrated track record as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership; at least 4 years of in-house recruiting experience; proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with passive candidates and maintain active talent pipelines; experience recruiting in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine.
