As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic people leader supporting the Go-To-Market and Marketing teams in a fast-moving environment. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, staying close to the business, understanding evolving needs, and translating them into impactful people initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into people-focused initiatives
- Supporting departmental goals and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives
- Driving cohesive and sustainable growth through HR strategy
- Acting as a strategic advisor on talent, organizational design, and people operations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing teams
- Fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace culture
- Conducting regular feedback and implementing changes to enhance employee experience
