Torq is a Series D-backed AI-native autonomous SecOps platform experiencing explosive growth (200% employee growth, 300% revenue growth). The company is transitioning from rapid scaling to building sustainable organizational capabilities, and is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to help shape this next chapter.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to managers and employees, owning the full employee lifecycle across assigned business units. You'll build strong relationships with leadership teams while maintaining the empathy and directness needed to challenge managers constructively and drive organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for your assigned organizations
- Coaching managers to become more confident, independent, and effective leaders
- Identifying recurring organizational challenges and designing scalable people solutions
- Leading initiatives in onboarding, performance management, retention, employee development, talent mapping, and succession planning
- Supporting organizational design and workforce planning efforts
- Managing sensitive employee relations and performance matters with sound judgment
- Leveraging HiBob and organizational data to guide decisions and measure impact
- Collaborating with the global HR team on company-wide processes including performance reviews and compensation
You should bring at least 5 years of HRBP experience, ideally in fast-growing technology companies. You'll need a proven track record of building or redesigning HR processes to support organizational growth, strong manager coaching skills, and experience leading core HR processes. Strong business acumen, data literacy, and the ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution are essential. Fluency in both Hebrew and English is required. Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
