Salary: USD 150,000 - 165,000 / annual
Chainguard is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to build and scale the sales organization across the Americas. You will own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles, from Account Executives to sales leadership, directly supporting the company's revenue growth engine.
In this role, you'll run end-to-end searches for GTM positions, partnering closely with sales leaders to define roles, align on hiring priorities, and establish clear performance benchmarks. You'll build and manage recruiting pipelines that anticipate growth across the AMER sales organization, ensuring a consistent and candidate-first experience throughout the interview process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting full-cycle searches for AE and sales leadership roles across the Americas
- Partnering with sales leaders to define roles and set expectations for "great" candidates
- Building proactive pipelines that scale with organizational growth
- Delivering a thoughtful, respectful candidate experience
- Providing insights on sales talent trends, compensation, and recruiting strategies
- Evolving recruiting processes to scale effectively while maintaining a human, flexible approach
You should have strong experience recruiting for GTM/sales roles in SaaS, security, or developer tools. You're skilled at assessing sales talent—evaluating MEDDPICC fluency, quota attainment, and sales acumen. You're comfortable partnering with senior leaders on high-priority hires and building recruiting processes as the team scales. Above all, you're a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a thoughtful partner to candidates.
