Preply is a unicorn edtech platform (Series D, $150M) that connects 100,000+ tutors teaching 90+ languages to learners in 180 countries. The company is expanding beyond language learning into new tutor categories and building out its Supply Growth team's acquisition capabilities. You will lead the full tutor acquisition pillar end-to-end as a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, reporting directly to the Supply Growth Lead. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on building acquisition channels from the ground up in a fast-moving, still-forming space. Key responsibilities: - Monitor SEM and paid social (Meta, TikTok, others) campaign performance for tutor acquisition, partnering with Marketing teams to shape iterations and troubleshoot underperformance. - Partner with Marketing's SEO and CRM teams to grow organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion through contact flows, lead scoring, and reporting. - Own job board strategy and execution end-to-end across LinkedIn and other boards: sourcing, postings, relationships, and performance tracking. - Identify, test, and launch new acquisition channels and partnerships (referrals, affiliate, etc.) with no existing playbook. - Define and evolve the acquisition KPI/reporting framework, including ATAC, Conversion Rate, ROI, and use data to guide budget and channel-mix decisions. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Expansion, Marketing, CRM, Data, Product, Sales, and Legal to create scalable playbooks. You'll work in a collaborative, dynamic culture with relocation support to Barcelona, learning allowance, equity, health insurance, mental health support, and Gympass wellness access. Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on growth/performance marketing or demand generation experience with real budget ownership (SEM and/or paid social). - Fluency with CRM and funnel math (conversion rate, CAC, LTV/CAC) strong enough to build a KPI framework, not just report on one. - Proven experience building and scaling a channel or process from scratch, comfortable owning ambiguity end-to-end. - Ability to operate in both modes: partnering with central Marketing teams and independently owning channels with no playbook. - Growth mindset with strong interpersonal and influencing skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - Comfortable with data/analytics tools (Excel/Sheets minimum; SQL or BI tool a strong plus) for independent reporting. Nice-to-have: - Supply-side marketplace acquisition experience. - Experience in affiliate or partnership space, including recruiting partners and optimizing performance across various models.
