Brex is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize the company's Paid Social acquisition engine, with Meta as the core growth driver and a mandate to test and scale emerging channels. You will be accountable for down-funnel pipeline, customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency, and customer acquisition across self-serve and sales-led motions. Key responsibilities include owning Meta and emerging channel budgets while driving conversion and downstream pipeline/revenue outcomes. You will partner with Data and Marketing Ops teams to improve conversion signals, implement Meta Conversions API (CAPI), and establish offline conversion tracking to enable platforms to optimize toward higher-quality customers. You'll build and execute a continuous, hypothesis-driven testing framework across audiences, bidding strategies, optimization events, landing pages, and creative concepts, documenting learnings to transform paid social into a predictable acquisition channel. You will develop full-funnel paid social strategies that create demand at the top of the funnel and efficiently convert it through retargeting and lower-funnel programs. This includes translating performance data into creative hypotheses and partnering with Brand and Design teams to test, iterate, and scale winning concepts. You'll leverage first-party data, intent signals, modeled audiences, lookalikes, and platform automation to identify and scale high-value audiences. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll work closely with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Field/Events, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to connect paid social performance to downstream pipeline and revenue outcomes. The role requires deep analytical capabilities, including understanding unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback periods), attribution modeling, and connecting platform metrics directly to business impact. The position is based in Seattle with a hybrid work model: three days per week in-office (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) with flexibility to work remotely up to four weeks annually in one-week increments.
