Brex is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize the company's paid social acquisition engine, with Meta as the core growth driver and a mandate to test and scale emerging channels. You will be accountable for down-funnel pipeline, efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC), and overall customer acquisition performance. The role goes beyond campaign optimization to include engineering signal architecture, building scalable audience models, and establishing a high-velocity creative testing engine. You'll connect upper-funnel brand investments to near-term impact and long-term value creation, helping accelerate Brex's growth by scaling what works and unlocking new opportunities. Key responsibilities include: - Owning Meta and emerging channel budgets, CAC efficiency, conversion, and downstream pipeline/revenue across self-serve and sales-led motions - Partnering with Data and Marketing Ops to improve conversion signals, CAPI, and offline conversion tracking - Building and executing a continuous, hypothesis-driven testing framework across audiences, bidding strategies, optimization events, landing pages, and creative concepts - Developing paid social strategies that create demand at the top of the funnel and efficiently convert through retargeting and lower-funnel programs - Translating performance data into creative hypotheses and partnering with Brand and Design to test, iterate, and scale winning concepts - Using first-party data, intent signals, modeled audiences, and platform automation to identify and scale high-value audiences - Partnering cross-functionally with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Field/Events, Product Marketing, and Sales to connect paid social performance to downstream pipeline and revenue outcomes You'll bring 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience with deep hands-on expertise managing and scaling Meta as a primary acquisition channel. You have demonstrated experience owning a paid social channel end-to-end, including strategy, budgets, forecasting, campaign architecture, optimization, and performance reporting. You're relentlessly analytical with deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback periods), attribution modeling, and connecting platform metrics to business impact. You have strong expertise in audience strategy, platform automation, conversion signals, measurement (Meta CAPI, server-side tracking, attribution), and building structured experimentation roadmaps. The role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid environment requiring in-office presence three days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays), with flexibility to work remotely up to four weeks annually.
