Brex is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize the paid social acquisition engine, with Meta as the core growth driver and a mandate to test and scale emerging channels. This role sits within Brex's Marketing team, which spans Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, and Brand Marketing, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Business Development, and Design.
You will be accountable for down-funnel pipeline, customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency, and customer acquisition across self-serve and sales-led motions. Key responsibilities include owning Meta and emerging channel budgets; partnering with Data and Marketing Ops to improve conversion signals, CAPI, and offline conversion tracking; building and executing a continuous, hypothesis-driven testing framework across audiences, bidding strategies, optimization events, landing pages, and creative concepts; developing paid social strategies that create demand at the top of the funnel and efficiently convert through retargeting and lower-funnel programs; translating performance data into creative hypotheses and partnering with Brand and Design to test and scale winning concepts; using first-party data, intent signals, modeled audiences, and lookalikes to identify and scale high-value audiences; and partnering with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Field/Events, Product Marketing, and Sales to connect paid social performance to downstream pipeline and revenue outcomes.
You will engineer signal architecture, build scalable audience models, and establish a high-velocity creative testing engine. You know how to build brand through a performance lens, connecting upper-funnel investments to near-term impact and long-term value creation. The role is based in Salt Lake City with a hybrid work model: three days per week in-office (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) with flexibility to work remotely up to four weeks per year in one-week increments.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience with deep hands-on expertise managing and scaling Meta as a primary acquisition channel; demonstrated experience owning a paid social channel end-to-end including strategy, budgets, forecasting, campaign architecture, optimization, and performance reporting; relentless analytical mindset with deep understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback periods), attribution modeling, and connecting platform metrics to down-funnel business impact; experience running full-funnel paid social programs from awareness through conversion and pipeline; strong expertise in audience strategy and platform automation including first-party audiences, lookalikes, broad targeting, retargeting, and automated campaign products; strong understanding of conversion signals and measurement including Meta CAPI, server-side tracking, attribution, conversion-event strategy, and CRM/offline conversion data; and demonstrated experience building structured experimentation roadmaps across creative, audiences, bidding, optimization events, and new platform capabilities.
