Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 / annual
EliseAI is a venture-backed AI company (Series E, $250M raised) focused on improving housing and healthcare through agentic AI integrated into existing workflows. The company operates in two verticals: housing (simplifying apartment tours, lease signing, maintenance requests) and healthcare (appointment scheduling, intake forms, patient communication).
You will drive the paid acquisition strategy and website conversion optimization efforts as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of GTM, data, and product.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and optimizing paid acquisition channels (LinkedIn, Meta, SEM, and emerging platforms) to drive qualified pipeline and ROI
- Managing full-funnel performance metrics and identifying new opportunities for efficiency and scale
- Designing and running growth experiments: defining hypotheses, structuring A/B tests, analyzing performance, and translating learnings into repeatable playbooks
- Leading website conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts in partnership with product and design teams, experimenting with landing pages, messaging, and UX flows
- Collaborating cross-functionally to align attribution, messaging, and conversion goals
- Continuously evolving the marketing stack by evaluating and implementing tools that enhance automation, analytics, and campaign efficiency
- Contributing to talent attraction efforts

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or growth product roles at high-growth technology companies
- Proven success scaling paid channels efficiently while deploying large spend
- Deep familiarity with CRO frameworks, testing methodologies, and landing page optimization
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable in GA4, Looker, or other BI tools
- An "always-be-testing" mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, independent environments
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and similar systems
- Collaborative and creative mindset, energized by solving complex growth problems
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days per week
