Future is a global leader in specialist media, operating a portfolio of trusted brands including The Week, Kiplinger, and PC Gamer. The digital growth marketing team drives subscriber acquisition and audience reach across these world-class properties through data-led performance marketing combined with creative brand strategy.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and manage multi-channel paid media campaigns that accelerate digital performance and revenue. You'll operate across Meta, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, Spotify, and Reddit, translating business objectives into high-performing marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing growth marketing campaigns across major paid ad platforms to drive acquisition and revenue
- Partnering with external media agencies to ensure campaign plans align with commercial priorities, budgets, and performance benchmarks
- Tracking and analyzing campaign metrics including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates to uncover growth opportunities
- Executing structured test-and-learn experiments across messaging, creative formats, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborating with internal brand, e-commerce, and commercial teams to translate business goals into clear marketing plans
- Communicating performance insights and actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders
- Managing campaign budgets and helping build digital marketing capabilities across the portfolio

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience managing paid media channels, particularly Meta and Google Ads, with a focus on commercial growth
- Demonstrated ability to manage media agency partnerships collaboratively while ensuring high performance standards
- Strong analytical skills with experience turning campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with structured experimentation and testing frameworks across creative, messaging, and audiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build positive relationships across cross-functional teams
- Curiosity regarding emerging digital tools, automation, and AI applications within marketing
- Demonstrable experience in performance, growth, or digital marketing in a commercial setting
- Proficiency in evaluating channel performance across major paid ad platforms
- Track record of using data-driven insights to inform campaign decisions and improve efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agency partners
- Skilled at managing multiple campaign priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment
