Tripledot Studios, one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies, is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to join the Supersonic team in Warsaw. You will own user acquisition strategy and execution across a portfolio of mobile games, managing significant budgets with full accountability for ROI and spend allocation across multiple marketing channels.
In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across social media, SDK networks, DSPs, and incentivized channels. You'll analyze game performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities, working closely with Business Intelligence to surface insights and share findings with relevant teams. Collaboration is central: you'll partner with Product, Monetization, Analytics, and Creative teams to ensure each game reaches its full potential. You'll develop ad creatives and marketing assets, drive continuous innovation and experimentation across UA strategies for both IAA and hybrid games, and stay close to market trends and competitive dynamics.

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition and ad buying at scale in gaming
- Hands-on campaign management experience
- Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and turn insights into action
- Strategic mindset with ability to develop innovative UA strategies and adapt to changing market dynamics
- Solid knowledge of UA platforms, ad networks, and mobile attribution
- Proven ability to own results independently, taking full ownership of campaign performance and proactively investigating issues
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Monetization, Creative, and BI teams
- Strong English language skills
- Experience presenting strategies and results to senior stakeholders
