Stepful is a workforce platform training healthcare workers for America's largest health systems. Since 2021, they've trained over 32,000 practice-ready healthcare professionals and partner with leading institutions like NY-Presbyterian, Mt. Sinai, HCA, and CVS. Backed by Y Combinator and Reach Capital with a recent $55M Series C, Stepful was named the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025.
As Senior Graphic & Motion Designer, you'll own the visual production engine behind Stepful's paid social acquisition campaigns—the creative driving signups and brand consistency across channels. You'll design static and animated ads from concept through final delivery, build and execute a content testing roadmap to identify high-performing creative patterns, and develop assets for emerging channels like ChatGPT and out-of-home advertising. You'll help establish brand guidelines, collaborate with external creative agencies to ensure on-brand execution, and support broader marketing design work including emails and lead-to-purchase flows.
You'll work closely with the VP of Growth Marketing, actively experimenting with AI tools to accelerate creative workflows and staying current on emerging design technology. The role balances hands-on design execution with strategic thinking—leading brainstorms, managing agency feedback loops, and translating testing results into clear creative direction.
You bring 3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally in agency or startup environments with fast-changing priorities. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential, along with demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for both static and motion design. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams at pace. Experience in EdTech or healthcare marketing, managing external creative agencies, or building brand systems used across multiple teams is a plus.
