Path Robotics is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to own the visual output of their marketing across all channels. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role where you will produce work daily rather than manage others. You'll design social graphics, one-pagers, slide decks, web and email assets, trade show materials, and print collateral. The work targets manufacturing executives, defense primes, and shipbuilders, requiring precision and credibility over decoration. You'll take thin briefs or technical specifications and determine visual direction, execute cleanly within established brand guidelines, and extend the brand into new areas as needed. A recurring challenge is making dense technical information, specs, and charts readable and accurate. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing, collaborating with a photo and video producer and external design partners on a small team where work ships within days and reaches real scale at trade shows, defense conferences, and customer facilities. The role offers room to grow into brand stewardship and creative direction if you bring that depth, but the person hired will still be in the design files every day. Responsibilities include designing spec sheets, case studies, and sales enablement materials; building and refining slide decks for sales and executive presentations; laying out whitepapers and printed materials; creating charts and data visualizations; producing social graphics across platforms; designing email templates and web graphics; adapting creative across formats and aspect ratios; designing trade show graphics and signage; preparing production-ready print files; setting visual direction on campaigns and executing end-to-end; owning and evolving the design system with reusable templates; briefing and art directing external partners; and recommending what marketing should create, not just how it should look.
