As Senior Graphic Designer, you will own the complete visual execution of brand work from concept through final production. You'll design across all surfaces—web, mobile, social media, email, out-of-home, presentations, and print. Key responsibilities include developing and evolving brand systems (typography, color, iconography, layout guidelines), writing on-brand copy (headlines, taglines, social captions), creating original illustrations, and partnering with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visual work. You'll maintain and scale a design system for consistent, efficient production.
You bring 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand sensibility and production range. Agency background is essential—you're comfortable managing multiple workstreams, adapting to different briefs quickly, and delivering polished work under pressure. Experience in fintech, financial services, or highly technical industries (developer tools, infrastructure, data, enterprise software) is strongly preferred; you know how to make dense subject matter approachable without losing credibility. You're a master of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with proven ability to work within and support brand systems. You excel at designing for multiple channels simultaneously with clear understanding of format, spec, and context. Strong illustration skills (hand-drawn, vector, or hybrid), excellent typographic instincts, and compositional attention to detail are essential. You manage multiple projects, prioritize ruthlessly, hit deadlines, and communicate design decisions clearly while taking feedback well. Motion design experience (After Effects, Lottie) and high-growth startup or in-house brand team experience are nice-to-haves.
