ARX Robotics seeks a Senior Government Relations Manager to serve as a key architect of the company's political and institutional presence in Germany and across Europe. Operating at the intersection of defense policy, technology, and diplomacy, you will engage at the highest levels of government and military to advance the company's mission in autonomous systems for European security.
As a trusted partner and proxy for the Head of Government Relations, you will execute the government affairs strategy in Germany and across Europe, translating strategic objectives into concrete outcomes. Key responsibilities include cultivating and deepening relationships with decision-makers within the German Bundestag, Federal Ministries (including the Ministry of Defense), the Bundeswehr, and relevant EU institutions. You will actively engage with and shape positions within industry and political associations such as BDSV, BDI, and Bitkom.
You will shape the company's political narrative by crafting compelling position papers, briefings, and communications for senior leadership. You will serve as an expert on the defense policy landscape, providing actionable intelligence on legislative shifts and funding frameworks. This role requires someone who thrives in complex political environments and understands the strategic importance of autonomous systems for European security.
The position offers the opportunity to influence policy at the highest levels and help define the future of defense technology in Europe.
