Pebl is a global work platform that enables companies to hire, pay, and manage employees across 185+ countries. This Senior Global Vendor Specialist role sits at the heart of Pebl's payroll partner ecosystem, overseeing the sourcing, activation, governance, and maintenance of 175+ active partners (In-Country Partners and Managed Service Providers) across 126 countries.
You will report to the Director of Payroll Operations, Network and Expense, and own the day-to-day mechanics of partner management. Key responsibilities include:
**Partner Sourcing & Activation:** Lead end-to-end RFP processes to identify, vet, and onboard new partners in new and existing markets. Manage partner reactivation pipelines with due diligence reviews and contract refreshes. Respond to expansion requests and sales-driven needs with structured sourcing plans.
**Contract Negotiation & Governance:** Negotiate localized contract terms (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs) within defined boundaries in collaboration with Legal. Serve as the internal authority on partner contractual obligations and service delivery boundaries. Own and maintain governance frameworks that define how Pebl interacts with its global partner network.
**Partner Maintenance & Operational Excellence:** Act as the central advocate and operational bridge between internal teams (Payroll, Experience, Product, Onboarding) and external partners. Monitor and enforce SLA adherence, escalating contractual or high-risk operational issues. Identify and lead process improvements across partner workflows. Contribute to the Partner Knowledge Base to keep documentation current.
You bring 5+ years of experience in global partner management, vendor operations, or similar roles in multinational, EOR, or PEO environments. You have hands-on experience running RFPs, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing multi-party relationships across diverse jurisdictions. You're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable operating within pre-defined frameworks while exercising independent judgment. You possess excellent communication skills and are proficient in Google Workspace and enterprise tools (Airtable, NetSuite, or partner management platforms a plus). You thrive in fast-moving, globally distributed team environments.
