Intuit is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Manager to lead the Operations Center of Excellence (COE) for global benefits. This is a people-management role overseeing a talented team responsible for benefits administration, operations, and process excellence across all geographies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team focused on global benefits operations and processes
- Serving as subject matter expert on benefits administration, including annual enrollment, vendor management, payroll integration, and data controls
- Managing vendor relationships for outsourced benefits administration and holding them accountable for performance
- Overseeing benefits operations related to M&A activities, including vendor transitions and enrollment management
- Leading implementation of benefit enhancements and new vendors, coordinating across HRIS, payroll, legal, finance, tax, communications, and security teams
- Managing data integration points to ensure seamless flow across benefits systems, HRIS, and payroll
- Developing and maintaining operational playbooks, standards of practice, and quality controls
- Identifying and leading process improvement, automation, and AI-enablement opportunities
- Contributing to the Benefits team roadmap with strategic insights on implementation bottlenecks and design improvements
- Partnering on operationalizing the benefits data warehouse and developing dashboards for program effectiveness measurement
The role requires deep expertise in global benefits operations, including US healthcare and 401(k) administration, as well as non-US benefits. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience leading teams through vendor transitions, plan design changes, and complex multi-stakeholder implementations. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with HRIS, payroll, tax, and shared services teams are essential. Experience with process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled efficiency work is highly valued.
