RD Technologies is seeking a Senior FX Product Manager to lead the product strategy and lifecycle management for its global stablecoin payment infrastructure. This role focuses on three core product pillars: On/Off-ramp systems (fiat-to-crypto and crypto-to-fiat conversion), FX trading products, and global liquidity provider (LP) channel integration.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Planning & Design**: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for On/Off-ramp, FX trading, and LP integration initiatives within the stablecoin payment platform.
**FX & Exchange Engine Design**: Lead product design for foreign exchange and cryptocurrency conversion trading systems. Support market orders, limit orders, multi-currency quoting, spread management, currency hedging, and slippage control to handle 24/7, high-concurrency conversion demands.
**Proprietary Position Management & Risk Netting**: Design comprehensive position and risk management systems for proprietary (Principal) market-making and risk-taking scenarios. Enable real-time exposure monitoring across multi-currency, multi-account, and multi-LP environments, with automated netting, risk limit alerts, and hedging strategy configuration.
**On/Off-ramp & LP Channel Integration**: Lead business and technical integration with mainstream global liquidity providers, market makers, interbank FX channels, and compliant On/Off-ramp service providers. Design standardized LP gateway interfaces supporting smart order routing (SOR), best execution pricing, and automated failover.
**Compliance, Clearing, & Business Enablement**: Collaborate with risk management, compliance, and finance teams to optimize capital clearing and settlement workflows within AML, funds segregation, and cross-border regulatory frameworks. Support diverse use cases including cross-border trade, corporate global payouts, and payroll distribution.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quantitative, compliance, and business teams. You will work in a flat-structure startup environment with a casual dress code, in-house gym, and comprehensive benefits.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
- 3–5+ years of product management experience in internet finance, licensed payment institutions, FX trading platforms, or Web3 sector
- Proficient in FX trading product design with knowledge of Spot/Forward trading logic, quote distribution mechanisms, and spread/fee models
- Experienced in product design for position management, net exposure calculation, real-time risk control, and hedging strategies under proprietary modes, with deep understanding of exchange rate volatility risks and capital occupation costs
- Demonstrated experience spearheading crypto fiat on/off-ramp or cross-border payment system development with deep integration experience with mainstream LPs, market makers, or upstream FX channels via APIs; familiarity with Smart Order Routing (SOR) logic
- Strong system architecture thinking capable of abstracting complex clearing, position netting, and fund flows into highly extensible product modules
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project driving capabilities
- Familiarity with Web3 ecosystem and deep insights into stablecoin (USDT/USDC) issuance, redemption, on-chain settlement, and off-chain fiat linkage mechanisms
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with compliance system implementation for global financial/payment licenses (Hong Kong MSO, US MSB, Singapore MAS, European EMI)
- Background in market-making systems or high-frequency trading risk control system product design
