As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on Team Decide, you will design and build the distributed execution engine that runs customer workflows at scale. You'll own critical backend systems end-to-end, from architecture through production operations. Key responsibilities include: - Building and operating backend services in Python on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, event-driven pipelines) handling real production traffic - Working on AI initiatives including MCP servers and agentic co-pilots - Solving hard backend problems around latency, reliability, and scalability - Owning systems end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and incident response - Making key architectural decisions with real authority over how systems are built - Raising team standards through code reviews, mentoring, and improving development tooling - Collaborating directly with Product and Design teams You bring at least 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience with 2+ years in a senior capacity leading complex projects. You have deep expertise in React and experience with Design Systems. Strong system design skills, AWS Serverless experience at scale, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
