Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is an intelligent platform for travel and spend management, trusted by over 12,000 companies worldwide including On Running, Breitling, and Fabletics. The company automates travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and more to eliminate shadow work and boost productivity. You'll be a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Perk Events team, a new vertical launched from the company's innovation incubator that is scaling from startup to growth phase. You'll own building the frontend experiences for the group travel and events product—a complex, multi-sided platform serving corporate event planners, Perk support specialists, suppliers, and event participants. As a Senior Engineer at Perk, you'll shape the bigger picture beyond just building features. You'll refine what to build and why, contributing to your squad's quarterly goals and long-term vision alongside your Product Manager and Engineering Manager. You'll architect solutions for today and tomorrow, writing design documents that lay technical foundations and serving as a guardian of your team's technical quality. You'll proactively manage technical debt, spot areas for investment, and ensure the team focuses on high-impact work. You'll lead across boundaries, communicating complex ideas across multiple teams and driving alignment across the organization. You'll participate in engineering guilds, coordinate cross-squad initiatives, and pair with architects on solution discovery. As a mentor and bar raiser, you'll support less experienced colleagues through direct mentorship and thoughtful feedback, helping the team grow technically and modeling what great engineering looks like. Perk operates on an IRL-first model with teams working in-person 3 days per week from their London hub. The company is global with 1,800+ employees across 12 offices and values ownership, delivering exceptional experiences, and working as one team. They welcome talent from diverse backgrounds and can assist with relocation.
