n8n is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to own the financial planning and analysis for the company's go-to-market (GTM) engine. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to drive data-informed investment decisions and support n8n's next phase of growth. Key responsibilities include leading annual planning and forecasting for GTM functions, building integrated sales-led financial models that reflect evolving commercial strategies, and modeling pipeline health, sales dynamics, and funnel economics. You will translate growth levers—pipeline generation, conversion, ACV—into clear financial impact and investment trade-offs. You'll own the financial partnership with GTM budget owners, helping them right-size investment and make informed decisions, while defining KPIs, reporting cadence, and frameworks that improve decision-making across marketing ROI, CAC, conversion, and marketing-sourced bookings. You will strengthen GTM finance operations by partnering with RevOps on capacity planning and financial implications of GTM strategy, working with Data and Controlling teams to turn reporting into actionable insight, and forecasting sales commission expense. A key differentiator: you'll use AI and automation (including n8n itself) to create repeatable, scalable planning and reporting workflows. Required qualifications: 7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in fast-paced tech or B2B SaaS; demonstrated leadership of multi-entity, multi-stakeholder annual planning and forecasting; close partnership with Sales and Marketing leaders in sales-led or enterprise sales motions; fluency in CAC, CAC payback, CLV-to-CAC, pipeline dynamics, and enterprise growth economics; ability to build sophisticated, integrated financial models; and strong executive communication skills for GTM leaders, executives, and board audiences. An AI- and automation-first mindset is essential. Nice-to-haves include a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics; transaction advisory, investment banking, or similar analytical background; Python skills for modeling automation; experience with financial planning platforms like Pigment; Salesforce or RevOps tooling familiarity; SQL capability; product-led growth (PLG) understanding; BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI); and exposure to workflow automation or developer tools sectors.
