Salary: USD 131,000 - 220,000 / annual

PagerDuty (NYSE: PD), a global leader in AI-first digital operations, is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to own comprehensive expense management across G&A, R&D, and GTM functions. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Atlanta office. You will serve as a key finance business partner to senior leaders across the organization, driving analysis, forecasts, and executive-level reporting to manage expenses effectively and maintain public company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Own full expense management across G&A, R&D, and GTM, serving as a trusted finance partner and point of coordination for senior leaders in each group - Drive AI and automation transformation to improve efficiency in expense management, reporting, and forecasting - Own the Cost of Revenue forecast and monthly close cycle for all departments, partnering with the FP&A team and accounting - Identify material risks, opportunities, and performance drivers versus plan - Build financial models and driver-based scenario analysis to support investment decisions, resource allocation, and strategic planning - Develop executive and board-level reports and presentations - Manage vendor spend and relationships, providing strategic insights Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or expense operations, including SaaS company experience - 2+ years of senior-level experience responsible for finance or expense operations - Hands-on experience with finance systems (NetSuite, Coupa, Zuora, Anaplan, or similar) - Track record of building or scaling processes and controls in a growing organization - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels - Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Preferred Qualifications: - CPA or MBA - Experience deploying AI in finance operations and workflows
