Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Air Dominance & Strike (AD&S) division delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects across autonomous air vehicles and advanced munitions.
You will serve as Senior Strategic Finance Analyst supporting critical financial decisions for the AD&S division. Your responsibilities include:
• Support divisional finance processes including reporting and evolving long-term forecasting models to support decision-making around expansion and operational strategies
• Lead strategic project work spanning transactions, investment trade-off analyses, market research, new business model evaluations, and other business-critical initiatives
• Create high-quality presentations communicating AD&S's financial performance to leadership
• Distill business and cost drivers into key metrics that underpin financial performance communication, resource allocation, and growth planning
• Identify opportunities across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
• Stay current on market trends and best-in-class financial performance benchmarks
• Partner cross-functionally with Program Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance teams to build fidelity into financial models
The role is based in Costa Mesa, CA with in-office presence 5 days per week. Relocation assistance is available. Per Anduril's expansion plans, this position is anticipated to relocate to Long Beach, CA beginning late 2027.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or another highly analytical role
• Strong ability to critically evaluate opportunities and risks in financials
• Expert modeling and analytical skills
• Exemplary ability to distill complex financial information into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability when presenting data insights
• Understanding of business models and metrics relevant to software, manufacturing, and government contract structures
• Strong enthusiasm about technology, production, and artificial intelligence
• Best-in-class attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
