Demandbase, a pipeline AI platform for account-based marketing and GTM automation, is hiring a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for the organization. Reporting directly to executive finance leadership, you will own the annual budgeting process, multi-year financial forecasts, and long-range strategic planning across all business units. You'll serve as the lead financial advisor to the CFO, CEO, and Executive Team, delivering strategic risk assessments, scenario modeling for major initiatives, and board-level reporting. Key responsibilities include overseeing corporate variance analysis (Actuals vs. Plan), diagnosing performance drivers, and recommending strategic pivots based on financial insights.
You will also modernize the financial technology stack to improve planning speed and reporting accuracy, recalibrate operational and enterprise KPIs across functions, and build and mentor a world-class FP&A team. The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years of FP&A or financial planning experience in technology/SaaS companies, with a track record leading enterprise FP&A at scale in public or high-growth private equity-backed environments. You should have deep expertise in enterprise platforms (NetSuite, Google Sheets, Adaptive Insights), strong proficiency in SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, CAC, margin structure), and exceptional communication skills for presenting to executives and boards. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required; MBA or CPA preferred. This is a strategic role ideal for a self-starter with high ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities.
