Finni Health is building operational and technology infrastructure for behavioral healthcare, partnering with ABA clinic owners to scale their practices while improving access to care. The company has grown 400%+ and is backed by General Catalyst.
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will own the financial performance of a portfolio of clinics, serving as the primary finance partner for forecasting, monthly performance reporting, gross margin analysis, and practice-owner payments. This is a high-ownership role requiring end-to-end P&L accountability.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining clinic-level financial projections; preparing monthly reporting with variance analysis and commentary for practice owners; identifying key drivers of utilization, revenue, and cost; producing and owning recurring practice-owner payment calculations and reconciliations; analyzing gross margin and COGS at clinic and service-line levels to identify efficiency opportunities; partnering closely with Practice Success Managers and practice owners to drive financial outcomes; and using AI coding agents (Claude, Codex) to build financial models, reports, and automations.
You will work in GitHub, write code, open pull requests, and deploy improvements to finance tooling. The role emphasizes action planning and performance improvement—going beyond analysis to drive measurable margin improvement and operational efficiency across a decentralized network of owner-operators.
Required: 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical role; advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills; understanding of three financial statements; basic working knowledge of GitHub, Python, and software development fundamentals; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
Desired: multi-site P&L experience (healthcare, veterinary, dental, retail, hospitality, franchise); healthcare or ABA/behavioral health background; franchise or partner/owner-facing experience; experience building business cases and driving margin improvement; proficiency with AI coding agents, SQL, databases, and software development workflows.
This is not a heads-down modeling role—roughly half involves partnering with practice owners and managers to execute change. Not a pure accounting or month-end close seat. You'll help write the playbook on a lean team in a fast-moving startup environment.
