Salary: USD 50,000 - 70,000 / annual

You'll join a small, high-impact finance team as a Senior FP&A Analyst reporting to the Director of FP&A. This is a builder's role where you'll own operating expense planning and help shape how an AI-first company measures spend efficiency—questions most finance teams haven't had to ask yet. Key responsibilities: - Own the operating expense plan end-to-end, from department budgets to software and consulting spend, building trust with leadership - Partner with leaders across the business to review budget vs. actuals, explain variances, and drive smarter spending decisions - Build models, processes, and planning systems that make forecasting faster and easier to run - Use AI to automate repetitive work and connect systems, freeing the team to focus on insight - Help define spend efficiency metrics for an AI-first company and integrate them into forecasts - Contribute opex and headcount insights to annual planning, reforecasts, and board reporting You'll work closely with the FP&A Manager and partner most with leaders in Marketing, Product, and Engineering, then across operating teams company-wide. Requirements: - 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or related analytical role - Hands-on ownership of an operating expense budget and budget vs. actuals process - Strong Google Sheets skills and ability to build clear, structured models from scratch - Solid understanding of the three financial statements and how operating expenses flow through the P&L - Experience partnering with non-finance budget owners and confidence to push back - Bias for speed with good judgment; ability to distinguish what must be exact from what can be directional - Comfort working with autonomy; you prioritize well, don't wait to be asked, and raise ideas and concerns early - AI-first, builder's mindset with genuine enthusiasm for automating repetitive work - Professional English fluency, written and spoken, for daily work with US-based leaders - Preferred: NetSuite and Ramp experience - Preferred: Runway or other planning tools (Adaptive, Pigment, Anaplan) - Preferred: B2B SaaS or AI company experience
