Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single, AI-native SaaS stack. The Senior FP&A Analyst owns Behavox's core financial model—its architecture, accounting foundations, and the forecasts and analysis that drive leadership decisions. This is a high-autonomy role accountable for the accuracy and integrity of all financial outputs, turning numbers into sharp recommendations for senior leadership, the board, and investors. Key responsibilities include: • Building and maintaining the integrated three-statement and operating model with scenario and sensitivity analysis layers, ensuring accuracy and clean architecture. • Owning acquisition modeling and integration work: building valuations, pro-forma combined-entity models, and folding closed deals into consolidated financial views. • Driving financial substance in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors—translating model outputs into clear narratives explaining performance drivers and business implications. • Diagnosing metric movements and identifying which operational levers drive changes; partnering with business functions to understand revenue drivers, cost structure, and operating levers. • Integrating budgets into the model (without owning the budgeting cycle itself) and pressure-testing assumptions behind every result. • Working fluently with modern financial tooling (Google Sheets, Excel) and staying current with AI and automation capabilities relevant to financial analysis. You will bring deep expertise in financial modeling and accounting foundations (three-statement integration, SaaS revenue recognition, cost treatment), forecasting and SaaS unit economics (both bottom-up short-term and driver-based long-term modeling), M&A valuation and integration mechanics, and strong business acumen across revenue drivers and cost structures. Your influence comes from the rigor and reach of your analysis, not from authority. You own the model and the truth it tells.
