Behavox is a cloud-native AI company providing an integrated controls platform for global financial institutions—banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance businesses, and commodity firms. The platform unifies communications and trade surveillance, compliant archiving, policy management, and front-office analytics on a single AI-native SaaS stack.
As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will own Behavox's core financial model—its architecture, accounting foundations, and the forecasts and analysis that drive leadership decisions. This is a high-autonomy role that turns numbers into actionable choices for senior leadership, the board, and investors.
Key responsibilities include:
• Financial Model Ownership: Build and maintain the integrated three-statement and operating model with scenario and sensitivity layers. Ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and maintainability. Integrate budgets and own the integrity of every assumption and output.
• Acquisition Modeling & Integration: Develop valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma combined-entity models for acquisition evaluation and due diligence. Fold closed deals into a consolidated view and support purchase accounting and integration mechanics.
• Business-Review Reporting: Drive the substance of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors. Transform the model into narratives that explain what moved results and what it means for the business.
• Metrics Analysis & Business Partnering: Diagnose why SaaS metrics are moving, identify which levers change them, and partner with functions across the business to understand revenue drivers, cost structure, and operating levers.
• Financial Systems & AI Tooling: Command Excel and Google Sheets. Stay current with AI and automation tools, knowing where they are trustworthy and where they require human judgment.
You will bring deep expertise in financial modeling, SaaS unit economics, forecasting, and M&A. You understand how integrated three-statement models work, SaaS revenue recognition, and the accounting that holds everything together. You know bottom-up short-term forecasting and driver-based long-term modeling. You spot numbers that don't add up and pressure-test assumptions relentlessly. Your influence comes from the rigor and reach of your analysis, not from authority. You own the model and the truth it tells.
