Hims & Hers, a leading public health and wellness platform (NYSE: HIMS), is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for its Strategic Finance organization. This role reports to the Director of FP&A and focuses on consolidated financial planning, modeling, and reporting to support executive and Board-level decision-making.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining the company's core financial models across annual operating plans, long-range plans, and quarterly forecasts. You will own the forecast cycle end-to-end, moving beyond consolidation to provide strategic insights on plan risks, upside opportunities, and recommended leadership actions. You'll construct frameworks to evaluate strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions, and own executive-facing deliverables including Weekly Business Reviews, monthly OpEx reviews, and quarterly Board and Audit Committee materials.
The role requires building clear, decision-ready analyses explaining actuals versus plan and forecast performance at consolidated and segment levels. You'll partner closely with category, marketing, and operations finance teams to consolidate and synthesize inputs into a coherent corporate perspective. Regular responsibilities include building Excel and Google Sheet models from scratch to solve complex business problems, defining KPIs, developing scorecards, and automating reporting infrastructure.
Required qualifications include a B.S. in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience), 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting roles, and exceptional financial modeling skills including consolidated P&L and scenario modeling. Strong data manipulation abilities are essential; SQL or Looker experience is preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, strong organizational skills, and thrives in dynamic environments.
