Luxury Presence is an AI-powered growth platform for real estate, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and operating at Series C with $100M+ ARR. You will serve as the analytical engine behind go-to-market strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams. Your core responsibilities include owning annual and long-term GTM planning across revenue, staffing, and resourcing; building and maintaining unit economics models (CAC, LTV, payback, sales and CS capacity); and translating data warehouse queries into actionable insights that shape investment decisions. Key responsibilities: - GTM Planning and Reporting: Own Sales, Marketing, and CS annual and long-term planning across revenue, staffing, and resourcing - Cross-functional partnership: Align go-to-market spend and targets with financial plans; model ongoing investment decisions - Unit economics and GTM efficiency: Build models for CAC, LTV, payback, and sales/CS productivity; recommend go-to-market spend allocation - Data and SQL analysis: Query data warehouse directly to build datasets, validate numbers, and answer questions mixing financial and operational data - Automation and efficiency: Automate recurring GTM reporting to accelerate data-to-decision cycles Required qualifications: - 4+ years spanning both data/analytics and finance/FP&A roles, ideally at high-growth SaaS or technology companies - Hands-on experience with go-to-market and SaaS metrics (pipeline, bookings, ARR, CAC, LTV, payback, sales efficiency) - Expert SQL skills; comfortable working directly in data warehouses to build and validate datasets - Advanced Excel proficiency; strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ideal candidate is fluent in both data and finance, genuinely curious about go-to-market dynamics, execution-oriented with strong ownership over accuracy and deadlines, and AI-forward in approach.
