You will join the Corporate FP&A team as a Senior Financial Analyst, reporting to the Head of Corporate FP&A. This is a critical individual contributor role supporting the finance function during a period of significant company growth and scaling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing financial reporting and forecasting processes, including long-range planning and scenario modeling
- Collaborating with senior leadership across the organization to provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support
- Delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and capital allocation
- Identifying process improvements, driving standardization, and building scalable solutions to support growth
- Developing and tracking KPIs to measure financial performance against strategic objectives
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance FP&A systems and operational efficiency
- Preparing materials for Board meetings, investor communications, and internal reporting
You bring 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience at high-growth software companies and/or investment banking. You have deep expertise in SaaS business models and key metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV, CAC). You are proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial systems such as Netsuite and Pigment. You have working knowledge of ERP systems and demonstrated ability to learn quickly in fast-paced environments. You communicate effectively across functions and levels, and you're interested in AI-forward finance workflows—an area the team is actively developing.
