Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 / annual

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst with 3-7 years of experience to join the Corporate FP&A team. The role focuses on financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support for a company transforming military capabilities through advanced technology, AI, and autonomy. Key responsibilities include supporting cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, developing complex financial models for scenario analysis and strategic initiatives, and conducting thorough balance sheet analyses. You will identify and implement process improvements to streamline FP&A activities and enhance reporting accuracy, while collaborating cross-functionally on annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. The analyst will analyze current and historical financial data to prepare reports and projections, evaluate financial performance against plans and forecasts, and monitor key metrics while identifying trends and variance drivers. You will lead development of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior management, driving continuous improvement in financial reporting tools, systems, and procedures. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred), 3-7 years in corporate FP&A, investment banking, or consulting, and strong expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization. Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency is essential, along with experience in financial reporting tools and ERP systems (Anaplan, Netsuite, Oracle, Foundry). Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements, excellent communication skills, and proven project management in deadline-driven environments are critical. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
