Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with 3-7 years of experience to join the Corporate FP&A team. The role focuses on financial planning, analysis, modeling, and process improvement to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams (SG&A, Corporate Operations, Accounting) to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. You will analyze current and historical financial data to develop reports, scenarios, and projections, then evaluate performance by comparing actual results against plans and forecasts. In financial modeling, you will build comprehensive models to support strategic initiatives, conduct sensitivity analysis on risks and opportunities, and develop analytics and automations to drive business insights. You will monitor and report on financial performance, identify trends, analyze variances, and serve as a subject matter expert on drivers, project codes, and GL hygiene. This includes leading development of executive-level reporting and presenting financial insights to senior management through clear, visually compelling presentations. Process improvement is a core component: you will identify and implement improvements to streamline FP&A activities, enhance reporting accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting tools and systems. You will also support cash flow forecasting and management efforts, conduct balance sheet analyses, and report on key financial indicators. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/MS or certifications like CPA, CFA, FMVA, CMA preferred). You need 3-7 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting in finance, corporate FP&A, investment banking, or consulting. Advanced Excel proficiency, financial modeling expertise, and data analysis skills are essential. You should have demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proven track record managing multiple projects in deadline-driven environments. Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (Anaplan, NetSuite, Oracle, Foundry) is required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
