Semperis, a recognized leader in cybersecurity innovation, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to leadership across the organization, owning critical forecasting, reporting, and analysis functions.
You will support the full financial planning cycle including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and budget-versus-actuals analysis. Key responsibilities include forecasting fully integrated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), preparing bi-weekly cash forecasts, managing investor reporting deliverables, and conducting variance analysis for designated P&L areas and consolidated balance sheet/cash flow. You will prepare presentations and supporting analysis for executive leadership and the Board of Directors, and conduct benchmarking analyses to surface actionable insights.
As a business partner, you will provide financial guidance to assigned business areas, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business drivers, and connect operational plans to financial outcomes. You will also drive process improvement by supporting the continued development of Workday Adaptive Planning, improving FP&A efficiency, and strengthening data flow across the organization.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, plus 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or public accounting. You must demonstrate strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning skills with fully integrated three-statement models. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency is essential, along with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and communicate financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.
Bonus qualifications include an MBA or CFA, SaaS or cybersecurity industry experience, familiarity with planning tools like Workday Adaptive Planning or Power BI, benchmarking and investor reporting experience, and experience with AI or automation tools for financial reporting.
