Semperis, a recognized leader in cybersecurity innovation, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. Reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, you will serve as a strategic finance partner across the organization, owning critical forecasting, reporting, and analysis functions.
You will lead financial planning and reporting activities including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and budget-versus-actuals analysis. Key responsibilities include forecasting fully integrated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), preparing bi-weekly cash forecasts, managing investor reporting deliverables, and supporting executive and Board presentations. You'll conduct variance analysis, benchmarking studies, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights for both financial and non-financial audiences.
Beyond reporting, you'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business drivers, surface risks and opportunities, and connect operational plans to financial outcomes. You'll support the continued development and adoption of Workday Adaptive Planning, help scale FP&A processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen data flow across the organization.
You bring 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or public accounting. You have strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning skills, including proficiency with fully integrated three-statement models. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential, along with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively with senior audiences.
Bonus qualifications include an MBA or CFA, SaaS or cybersecurity industry experience, familiarity with planning tools like Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle NetSuite, Power BI, or Salesforce, and experience with benchmarking and investor reporting. Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline financial processes is a plus.
