As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will own key FP&A processes and play a critical role in the finance team. Your responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional groups on monthly financial reporting (GAAP Revenue, Annual Recurring Revenue), cash forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis. You will increase automation and efficiency of current processes through Excel improvements and AI productivity tools like Claude and Microsoft Copilot, driving adoption of improved financial processes across stakeholder groups. You will participate in long-range planning, including creation and maintenance of Precisely's long-range financial model and supporting ad-hoc analyses. You'll support the annual budget through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic goals. Working closely with business partners and executives, you will develop complex financial models (including long-range and three-statement models) and translate financial data into actionable insights that support sound decision-making. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and demonstrated drive for continuous process improvement. You will balance multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines and support ad hoc strategic initiatives. Required qualifications: undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (equivalent work experience accepted); minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A experience including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency with complex formulas and modeling techniques; and experience with AI productivity tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot). Preferred: demonstrated ability to develop long-range or three-statement financial models.
