Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive corporate finance strategy and execution. You will own end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, managing complex variance analysis to provide leadership with clear visibility into fiscal health. Your responsibilities include building sophisticated financial models to support capital allocation, long-range planning, and ROI analysis for market expansions and product launches. You'll serve as a dedicated financial advisor to business units, translating departmental performance into enterprise-level impact while helping stakeholders manage OpEx and headcount in alignment with profitability goals.
You will lead the preparation of board-ready reporting packages and internal management dashboards, ensuring financial data integrity across the organization. A key part of this role involves identifying opportunities to automate manual processes, shorten month-end cycles, and document SOPs to build a world-class finance function. You'll leverage generative AI and advanced data tools to accelerate financial modeling, synthesize market research, and automate routine reporting without sacrificing accuracy.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Investment Banking, preferably in high-growth technology, AI, or infrastructure-heavy environments. You must demonstrate advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, macros) and experience with ERP/EPM systems like NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan. A solid foundation in GAAP and advanced financial analysis is essential, with the ability to deconstruct unit economics across diverse business lines. You should have a proven track record of moving beyond basic reporting to deliver forward-looking guidance and the ability to distill granular data into clear, executive-level narratives. A proactive attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and proven ability to manage multiple high-priority deliverables under tight deadlines are critical.
