Metropolis Technologies is building AI-powered solutions for the Recognition Economy, transforming parking, retail, and hospitality through computer vision and intelligent systems. As Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a core member of the corporate finance function, driving financial strategy and insights for a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company.
You will own end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, managing complex variance analysis to explain performance drivers to leadership. You'll build sophisticated financial models supporting capital allocation, long-range planning, and ROI analysis for new market expansions and product launches. Acting as a dedicated financial advisor to business units, you'll translate departmental performance into enterprise-level impact, helping stakeholders manage OpEx and headcount while maintaining alignment with profitability goals.
Key responsibilities include preparing board-ready reporting packages and internal management dashboards, performing integrity checks to ensure financial data serves as the single source of truth, and continuously auditing and refining financial workflows. You'll identify automation opportunities to shorten month-end cycles and document SOPs to support a world-class finance department.
You bring 3+ years of progressive corporate finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience, ideally in high-growth technology or AI environments. You have advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, macros) and hands-on experience with ERP/EPM systems (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan). You understand GAAP and advanced financial analysis, with the ability to deconstruct unit economics across business lines. Critically, you leverage generative AI and advanced data tools (LLMs, financial AI agents, automated workflows) to accelerate modeling and reporting without sacrificing accuracy. You excel at moving beyond basic reporting to deliver forward-looking guidance, distilling granular data into clear executive narratives with exceptional visual presentation and analytical rigor. You thrive in ambiguity, manage multiple high-priority deliverables under tight deadlines, and maintain a proactive, "no task too small" attitude.
