Salary: USD 175,000 - 210,000 / annual
Qualia is a leading B2B real estate technology platform that simplifies the home buying and selling experience. The company operates a shared digital closing platform connecting homebuyers, sellers, lenders, title agents, escrow agents, and real estate agents—serving millions of consumers annually through business customers across the country.
As Senior Finance Manager of FP&A, you will be a central analytical force shaping how Qualia plans, forecasts, and makes strategic decisions at scale. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with direct exposure to executive and C-level leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning Qualia's planning and forecasting infrastructure, including the operating model, annual plan, and long-range financial plan
- Leading monthly and quarterly management reporting, Board materials, and investor-facing financial packages; translating complex results into clear narratives that drive action
- Serving as strategic financial partner to VP and C-level leaders across key functions, proactively surfacing insights and flagging risks
- Owning complex, cross-functional analytical projects including M&A support, fundraising preparation, scenario planning, and strategic initiative evaluation
- Architecting scalable FP&A processes and AI-powered automation to reduce manual effort and improve insight quality and speed
- Establishing best practices for financial modeling, data quality, and insight communication across the FP&A function
You bring 7+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Finance experience at high-growth tech companies, or equivalent background in Investment Banking or Consulting. You have deep financial modeling expertise, strong SaaS business model fluency (ARR, NDR, GDR, CAC, LTV, cohort analysis), and proven ability to communicate nuanced financial analysis to C-suite and Board audiences. You're comfortable with full end-to-end ownership of complex, ambiguous workstreams, actively use AI tools to automate workflows and build scalable infrastructure, and work as a trusted strategic business partner earning trust through sound judgment and intellectual honesty.
The role is based in San Francisco with a requirement to work in the office a minimum of two days per week.
